People with ADHD often exist on a trajectory towards burn-out. It takes so much effort just to motivate ourselves out of inertia, stuckness and overwhelm, curtail impulsivity that does not serve us well, not to mention the pain of the internalised criticism, blame and shame, plus the exhaustion of masking just to get by. Being a neurodivergent person living in a neurotypical society is a daily battle. And yet, we deserve to THRIVE! We deserve a gentler, kinder way of being with ourselves, and harnessing our inner resources to be able to manage more of the tough stuff, AND let our unique abilities shine! We ADHDers have so much to give that is truly valuable, but how do we gain access to our talents and inner resources, more consistently and sustainably?

Conventional approaches to coaching and therapy did not work for me. I have many years of experience both as a hypnotherapist supporting habit and behavioural, emotional and cognitive changes, and also working in a coaching capacity.

Over a number of years I developed gentle, somatic and inner-relational support for complex trauma, and many of my clients have ADHD or are neurodivergent in one form or another. I have seen the changes that my methods offer. My somatic, inner-relational methods and my unique Beyond Mindfulness approach, facilitate gentle, but effective change, from the inside-out. You've probably already done the will-power led, 'positive mindset' stuff, sometimes referred to as 'top-down processing'. It's exhausting, because it's like having a battle with yourself!
